Ceramic pellets of Potassium Sodium Niobate (KxNa1-xNbO3) system have been
prepared using solid solution reaction method. The prepared samples were ch
aracterized using X-ray diffraction method and grain size have been calcula
ted using SEM photographs. Dielectric constant, loss tangent, and electrica
l conductivity of prepared samples have been measured at different frequenc
ies and temperatures. The concentration, frequency, and temperature depende
