Abstract
In this paper we study the mapping properties of singular Radon transf orms defined by translates of a subvariety. The singular kernels consi dered here are of Calderon-Zygmund type, but are allowed to be very ro ugh both on the unit sphere and in the radial direction. We prove, amo ng other things, that such singular integral operators are bounded on the Lebesgue spaces.
