Abstract
The nonlinear scalar differential equation with delay of the form (y) over dot (t) = beta (t)g (y(t) - y(t - tau (t))) with positive function beta and odd, increasing function g, satisfying a gr owing condition, is considered. A criterion of asymptotic convergence of al l solutions, corresponding to the initial point t(0), is established.
