Abstract
The study of conductivity in combination with Hall and Seebeck coefficients has been carried out along different crystallographic directions in the cl assic mixed-valence compound SmB6 at helium and intermediate temperatures. The experiments on high-quality single crystals of samarium hexaboride have revealed a strong anisotropy of the low temperature transport parameters. The "induced anisotropy" in this cubic material may be explained in terms o f exciton-polaron complexes formed at T< 15 K and an onset of a coherent st ate or condensation of these quasiparticles at T<less than or equal to>T(c) approximate to5.K.
