Abstract
The evolution equation for the nonsinglet distribution of partons is solved in the leading order of perturbative QCD. It is shown that an exact analyt ic solution to the evolution equations call be found in the quasielastic li mit. The Q(2) evolution of the structure function for x --> 1 is in good ag reement with experimental data. (C) 2001 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
