Abstract
A simple HPLC method was developed to quantify the major daucane sesquiterp ene esters present in herb and roots of Ferula hermonis Boiss. The method u tilized a C-18 reversed phase analytical column with isocratic elution for 30 minutes and UV detection at 240 nm.
