Abstract
The Trx domain of human thioredoxin-like protein has been purified and crys tallized using ammonium sulfate as precipitant. The crystal belongs to spac e group C2, with unit-cell parameters a = 87.5, b = 48.5, c = 29.8 Angstrom , beta = 99.59 degrees. It has one molecule per asymmetric unit and diffrac ts beyond 2.2 Angstrom under cryoconditions (100 K) using an inhouse Cu rot ating-anode X-ray generator.
