Abstract
Controllability of particle size, chemical composition, and crystallinity a re offered by the simple, general method for the synthesis of nanoparticles described here. A modified aerosol decomposition process is utilized in wh ich salts are added to separate the nanocrystallites, resulting in nanopart icles of narrow size distribution (see Figure) and superior properties.
