Abstract
AC Maple Gold is a high-yielding oval/oblong, yellow-fleshed potato with an attractive appearance for the fresh market coupled with excellent french f ry quality. The cultivar can be harvested early for french fry processing, but also maintains excellent fry quality during long-term storage. AC Maple Gold produces french fries with a uniform deep yellow color.
