Abstract
OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this study was to describe the characteristics of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia on MR images of infants and childre n and to assess the value of MR imaging in evaluating this disease. CONCLUSION. MR imaging of congenital pseudarthrosis allows assessment of th e type and extension of the disease. It is especially recommended for the e valuation of periosteal and soft-tissue changes near the pseudarthrosis.
