Abstract
A novel grating-generated scan correlation interferometry approach usi ng a heterodyne technique for real-time signal processing is demonstra ted. The characterization of reflections from a sample and detection o f a femtosecond four-pulse train are presented as applications of the method. (C) 1997 Optical Society of America.
