Abstract
Single-crystalline InSb dendrites were prepared by a sonochemical coreducti on route. The result of supplementary experiments shows the experiment was carried out along the coreduction mechanism. It is found that the ultrasoni c power, reaction temperature and solvent played crucial roles in the cryst allinity and yield of products.
