Simulated analytic solutions of the dependence of the magnetization angles
(theta, phi) inside a domain-wall upon the coordinate normal to a pinned do
main wall have been obtained as a function of the field orientation angles
and the field strength and the results were used to obtain a new modified K
ondorsky function. The modified Kondorsky function shows that our results b
etter agree with the experimental data than ever before reported. Furthermo
re, the modified Kondorsky function varies sensitively with the transverse
coordinate, field strength, quality factor and field angles (theta (H), psi
(H)). Appropriately chosen values of these parameters may make the evaluat
ion of the Kondorsky function edge closer to the experimental pinning field
data, provided we deal with a Bloch wall, or a mixed Bloch-Neel wall, but
not a pure Neel wall. Evidently, the domain wall structure has to be taken
into account in graphing the pinning field.
