The endoscopic placement of endoprostheses to decompress biliary obstructio
n is a commonly used treatment for malignant biliary diseases and is also u
sed in the treatment of benign biliary strictures. Complications of endopro
sthesis placement have been described and include the migration of the sten
t. We present a case of a colonic-cutaneous fistula secondary to the migrat
