Abstract
A port site tumour recurrence (PSR) followed laparoscopic para-aortic lymph adenectomy in a 46-year-old woman with stage IIb squamous carcinoma of the cervix. It occurred at the site used for removal of affected lymph nodes 7 months after Surgery and completion of radiation and chemotherapy. It was a ssociated with an increase in the size of tumour.
