Abstract
The energy deposited by protons versus depth in a dual in line package is m easured using the technique of the optically stimulated luminescence. The d ose enhancement effect induced by an aluminum screen with several thickness es is also investigated. The experimental results are compared with TRIM96 transport code calculations.
