Densities and sound velocities of glycine in aqueous nickel sulphate soluti
ons have been measured from 298.15 K to 308.15 K. A decrease in volume for
the transfer of glycine from water to aqueous nickel sulphate solutions has
been observed for 0.1 M and 0.05 M nickel sulphate solutions. The results
have been compared with those reported for glycine in water. The features o
f temperature dependence of partial molar quantities are also described.
