Abstract
An experimental setup for accurate measurement of the voltage difference be tween two Josephson junction arrays irradiated at different microwave frequ encies is described. The measurement technique is proposed and the experime nt is performed. It is shown that the maximum accuracy is achieved at the o ptimum measurement time depending on both the measurement conditions and no ise behavior of the test equipment.
