DRUG-USE AND DELINQUENT-BEHAVIOR AMONG HIGH-RISK YOUTHS

We report the results of a study of substance use, measured by self-re ports and hair test results, and delinquency among arrested youths ent ering a service intervention program. The results highlight important relationships between their alcohol and other drug use and involvement in delinquency in the year prior to their interviews.
