Abstract
A case of minor salivary gland clear cell adenocarcinoma of the palate with metastasis to the lungs in a 53-year-old female is presented. Histological ly, the cells were characterized by glycogen rich clear cells arranged in s olid nests, trabeculac, surrounded by hyalinized fibrous stroma. We believe this represents an aggressive form of this type of tumor.
