Abstract
Anorexia nervosa (AN), usually seen in young girls, is characterised by sev ere emaciation induced by self-imposed starvation. Enlargement of the ventr icular system and sulci has been reported, as has high signal on T2-weighte d images. We present a case with atrophic changes and high signal on T2-wei ghted images, which resolved completely following weight gain.
