Abstract
Relationships between the generalized diffraction integral formula for angu lar spectrum through any misaligned optical system in spatial-frequency dom ain and the fractional Fourier transform are bridged in this paper, which p rovides a new description of the diffraction of any misaligned optical syst em in spatial-frequency domain.
