Abstract
We report cw and time-resolved photoluminescence, and Raman scattering from CdSe/ZnSe self-assembled quantum dots. We investigate excitons localized i n CdSe dots, exciton relaxation, and the role of phonon-exciton coupling. ( C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
