Abstract
Based on experimental values of the equilibrium and kinetic characteristics of chloroform adsorption from aqueous solutions on SKD-515 and AG-3 activa ted carbons, the elution curves for chloroform sorption were calculated by an equation of external-diffusion-controlled adsorption. The applicability of this equation was tested by comparing its predictions with experimental elution curves.
