Abstract
Kinetic equations of the aggregation and fragmentation of particles in a co agulating suspension are reported. When the mechanisms of coagulation growt h of small and large particles greatly differ (the Brownian and gradient me chanisms), the dispersed phase falls into two fractions. The equilibrium we ight distribution of aggregates in this system is derived.
