Production of specific morphine antigen and the monoclonal antibodies

Those antibodies elicited by different tether site for attachment to carrie r protein differ geratly in specificity. In order to reduce cross reactivit y and enhance the specific recognition between the antibody and free morphi ne, the hapten was synthesized by the modification in N - site of morphine. The conjugates of hapten and proteins, used to immunize and screen, were p repared respectively by using different linkers to couple to different carr ier proteins, and the S murine monoclonal antibodies against morphine, 28H( 10), 29D(5), 36G(3), 42D(5) and 43C(4) were produced.
