Abstract
The coronary arteries in a patient with the Hurler Syndrome appear only min imally affected by the deposition of glycosaminoglycans 14 years after succ essful bone marrow engraftment. This finding is added to the previously rep orted salutary effects of transplant on large airways, cardiac function, he patic morphology, and central nervous system function.
