Abstract
A new baseband processing technique which allows existing quadrature modula tors to achieve near ideal RF upconversion over vide bandwidth is suggested . A test setup using an arbitrary waveform generator and a spectrum analyse r shows that more than 70 dB spurious free range may be obtained using an 8 95 MHz mini-circuits IQ modulator.
