Abstract
The atomic structure of a single-domain Tm0.962Ba2Cu3O6.97 single crys tal in a zirconia crucible has been performed by the methods of X-ray structure analysis. The results obtained are compared with the structu ral data on a TmBa2Cu2.972O6.89 crystal grown in an alumina crucible w ith partial incorporation of aluminum into the growing crystal.
