Abstract
The clinical courses of two patients suffering from generalized or dissemin ated cutaneous sarcoidosis are described. Both were treated with thalidomid e 2x100 mg/day, later 100 mg/day. After 8 to 12 months of treatment the ski n and systemic lesions had resolved almost completely.
