Abstract
The degassing kinetics of crude arsenic recovered from nonferrous waste was studied in air, vacuum, and flowing inert gas, and the degassing condition s were optimized. The sublimation of crude arsenic was carried out in vacuu m and flowing hydrogen. A metallic arsenic compact was obtained, which is s uitable for the synthesis of ultrapure arsenic compounds.
