Abstract
An application of approximate model of catalyst pellet for modeling of fixe d-bed reactor is presented. The calculations which have been carried out co nfirm high usefulness of the proposed model. For practical purposes, a crit erion of evaluation whether LDF formula can be use with sufficiently small error was presented.
