Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present preliminary results of the mathematical analyse of the effect of modifier concentration in mobile phase on the ret ention of chromatographic peaks in the case of chromatographic separation o f ortho- and para- chloronitrobenzene isomers with the use of multicomponen t eluent. The analysis was conducted basing on mathematical model of chroma tographic column with the stechiometric kinetic equation.
