Abstract
In order to establish the influence of liquid properties on bubble diameter measurements of bubble diameter were carried out in a laboratory column op erated at atmospheric pressure and low temperature, with seven organic liqu ids. In all experiments free bubbling regime was maintained. The experiment ally determined bubble diameters were subsequently compared with the model calculation based on coalescence and break-up processes.
