Results are presented of experimental investigations of solid-liquid equili
bria in multicomponent systems containing sodium sulphate and sulphites. Th
e measurements are made using polythermal method. The methodology developed
is tested by comparing the experimental results and literature data of sol
ubility of pure compounds. The experimental data for multicomponent solutio
ns are used for the verification of solid-liquid equilibrium model presente
d earlier. A good agreement between measured and calculated equilibrium tem
peratures is found.
