Abstract
The best structured carrier has been selected and a manner has been present ed of depositing on it a vanadiaphosphoria catalyst. The catalyst packing h as been placed into a tubular reactor and a process of selective oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride has been realised. The conversion and selec tivity towards maleic anhydride were quite good. The carrier studied could be applied in the industrial plants of maleic anhydride.
