Abstract
What are the parameters that have to be taken into account in order to ensu re a good quality of service (QoS) and security in a network? Internal mate rial security and QoS as well as software security have to be considered. T here are also external parameters to security and QoS such as technical and human factors. Moreover what are the perspectives for future years and the applications of the new techniques?.
