Abstract
After cephalic pancreaticoduodenectomy, the author suggests wrapping of the pancreatic stump with a vicryl strip on which the pancreatojejunal anastom osis can be fixed in order to prevent the risk of fistula. (C) 2001 Edition s scientifiques et medicales Elsevier SAS.
