Abstract
A primary isolated angiomyolipoma presenting as a splenic mass is described . This is the first reported case of primary splenic angiomyolipoma without angiomyolipoma in the kidney or evidence of tuberous sclerosis, and it coe xists with an adenocarcinoid of the appendix.
