Abstract
Amiodarone-induced pulmonary toxicity is usually seen in cardiac surgical p atients who have received large doses of amiodarone for ventricular arrhyth mias over prolonged periods. In this report, we describe a case of amiodaro ne-induced pulmonary toxicity after a short course of therapy for postopera tive atrial fibrillation. (C) 2001 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons.
