V. Nemeth-kiss et al., Separation of ethoxylated laurylalcohol oligomers and ethoxylated sorbitane monoleate oligomers on porous graphitized carbon column, CHEM ANAL, 46(5), 2001, pp. 613-619
The separation of ethoxylated laurylalcohol oligomers and sorbitane monolea
te oligomers was investigated by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chr
omatography on octadecyl silica (ODS) and porous graphitized carbon columns
(PGC) with the eluent of a mixture of acetonitrile-water. The selectivity
of ODS column differs from PGC column is suitable for the separation due to
the steric parameters and also the ethylene oxide units of the molecule.
