Abstract
Pyoderma gangrenosum represents a rare but severe disturbance of wound heal ing following operative interventions. A case report of pyoderma gangrenosu m after breast surgery is presented and the aetiology and the various optio ns regarding investigations and treatment are discussed considering the cur rent literature.
