Abstract
A systematic study of the electrical conductivity of Bi2TeO5 single crystal s has been carried out within a wide range of temperature using impedance s pectroscopy and de measurement. The corresponding complex impedance and Arr henius plots are given. It has been shown that the ambient atmosphere affec ts the electrical conductivity and there is a large anisotropy in the condu ction.
