H. Tsutsumi et al., Preparation and characterization of a new solvent-free polymer electrolytebased on spiroketal structure, EL SOLID ST, 4(12), 2001, pp. A195-A196
Solvent-free solid polymer electrolytes based on spiropolymers were prepare
d and their properties were confirmed by conductance, differential scanning
calorimetry, and X-ray diffraction measurements. The spiropolymer was synt
hesized from the bicyclic diketone and pentaerythritol. The spiro-polyketal
(SP) dissolves lithium perchlorate and the conductivity of the (SP) 1.5(Li
ClO4)1 complex is 4.24 x 10(-5) S cm(-1) at 30 degreesC and 3.83 x 10(-4) S
cm(-1) at 60 degreesC. (C) 2001 The Electrochemical Society.
