Abstract
CO in the fuel for a proton exchange membrane fuel cell can transport throu gh the membrane to the cathode side. Such CO migration causes the cathode t o be seriously poisoned, resulting in a large decline in cathode performanc e. (C) 2001 The Electrochemical Society.
