Abstract
We present the genotyping of apolipoprotein (ape) E by means of restri ction fragment analysis of amplified genomic DNA by high-performance c apillary electrophoresis and a replaceable non-gel-sieving matrix. Thi s procedure streamlines the genotyping of apo E in large-scale populat ion studies because of the automation and speed of capillary electroph oresis.
