Abstract
Ceramic samples of KTiOPO4 are prepared using chemical method. X-ray diffra ction (XRD) technique has been used to check the formation of single phase KTiOPO4 compound. The cell parameters obtained by XRD analyses are a = 20.1 25(8) Angstrom, b = 8.433(1) Angstrom and c = 11.492(4) Angstrom in orthorh ombic crystal system. The ceramic samples of KTiOPO4 have been characterize d by dielectric studies. The room temperature values of dielectric constant and dielectric loss are found to be 10.32 and 0.12 respectively at 1 kHz.
