Abstract
Accurate electron structure factors measured by significantly improved tran smission electron diffraction technique were used in a high-resolution quan titative study of the electron density and electrostatic potential in Ge po lycrystalline sample. The parameters of the multipole model adapted for ele ctron diffraction were found and topological features of the electron densi ty and electrostatic potential were determined with this model.
