We present numerical values for the self-energy shifts predicted by QED for
hydrogenlike ions (nuclear charge number 60 less than or equal to Z less t
han or equal to 110) with an electron in an n = 3. 4, or 5 level with high
angular momentum (5/2 less than or equal to j less than or equal to 9/2). I
ts applications include precise predictions of transition energies and stud
ies of the outer-shell structure of atoms and ions.
