Abstract
A 51-year-old woman underwent stereotactic core biopsy of suspicious microc alcifications in the upper outer left breast with subsequent metallic clip deployment. Postprocedure mammograms demonstrated accurate placement of the clip. However, mammography 10 months later revealed movement of the clip 4 cm medially in the breast.
